	Sándor Dobozi CEO, CMC Economist with legal specialisation, certified management consultant (CMC). Apart from his operative duties, active on the fields of EU assignments related consulting, business efficiency improvement projects, especially in public administration and utilities. Previously for three years active as head of establishing and managing the subsidiary of AAM Group in Romania.
	Zoltán Gimesi International Business Development Director Electrical engineer (MSc), Economist (BSc), certified financial expert. Formerly he worked for multinational companies being responsible for sales and business development primarily in the financial services sector. Currently he is responsible for the further strengthening of the international consulting practice of AAM, planning and executing tasks necessary for becoming a recognised regional consulting company.
	Péter Horányi Service Development Director Engineer, IT engineer, IT consultant. Apart from managing group level competence and servicing development, active on the fields of IT projects management, system development, IT risk management and corporate architecture, mainly in banking-financial sector. ITIL expert, TOGAF certified enterprise architect.
	Szilvia Horváth Telecommunication and energy sector manager, CMC Economist, certified management consultant (CMC). Apart from heading the telecommunication and energy sector, as well as taking a leading role in the sector related business development, active on the fields of ERP system implementation connected consulting, and business process efficiency improvement projects. Her special field of interest is the energy and telecommunication market liberalization. Certified Six Sigma consultant.
	Viktória Hradek Operations Director Economist, previously worked as a consultant at AAM and participated in process- and project management assignments, presently Operations Director of the company. Her main responsibility is coordinating the internal operation and launching, managing and tracking organizational changes.
	Gábor Jaksa Country Manager (Croatia) Economist (MSc), registered tax advisor. Active in the area of IT project management and institutional development, his special field of interest is e-governmental initiatives. He gained professional experience mainly in the government and public sector, led EU and World Bank funded projects in Romania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. He is currently responsible for the establishment and management of AAM Group's Croatian subsidiary.
	Kornél Lukács Financial Sector Manager Certified economist, foreign trade manager. He is specialised in the field of project and process management, mainly in the financial sector (both at business and IT departments). As the leader of the Financial Business Unit, he plays an important part in business development management in Hungary and Eastern-Europe as well, and professionally supports the ongoing projects.
	Tibor Salgó Country Manager (Romania), CISA BSc in Information Technology and Engineering, Bsc in Technical Teacher, BSc in Management and Engineering, certified information system auditor (CISA), ITIL expert. His professional activity focuses on preparation and management of complex IT projects in public sector both in Hungary and abroad. Besides this, his special professional areas include the IT strategy planning and IT risk management. He joined the Romanian subsidiary in 2007 and he has taken his current position since 2010.
	Péter Vass Public Administration Sector Manager, M.Phil. Cantab. BA, MA in Economics, Ph.D. at Corvinus University. Prior to joining AAM he worked in the central public administration for several years. He taught EU studies in various institutes of higher education as lecturer. His major fields of expertise are increasing business efficiency, process optimisation, organizational development, customer relationship management, IT and EU. He has been the head of Public Administration Sector since 2007.
