Budapest, 16 December 2009 - The Assembly introduced structural and personal changes in the management of AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. Mr Zoltán Szűcs, Chief Executive Officer up till now, will hereinafter act as Vice-President and Associate, and will also launch his new, independent business. The new Chief Executive Officer is Mr Sándor Dobozi, former director of the Group’s Romanian subsidiary. Mr Sándor Dobozi, possessing an Economist Master degree and a post graduate degree in Business Law, returned to Hungary after 3 years of foreign market development, while he managed the Romanian subsidiary of AAM Consulting Ltd. "On the basis of my foreign experience, I am convinced that we can make the Group even more successful by establishing a new open-minded attitude. Therefore our service portfolio will be extended by new services and we will also widen the sphere of our partner relationships and professional cooperation." - described his plans the 34-year-old, CMC qualified consultant. The former Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr Zoltán Szűcs, will continue to take interest in the success of the Group as Associate and Vice-President.
