FWC Lot 10 - Civil Society and Local Authorities Expert

FWC is a simplified procurement procedure with the objective of fast and transparent recruiting of experts for the support of beneficiary countries.

We are continuously seeking experts who may be interested in collaborating with AAM and wish to be notified when requests for specific assignments (relevant to their expertise) are published within this Lot.

We welcome CV submissions to FWC2023@aam.hu , preferably in the EU format, from experts experienced in the following sectors and sub-sectors:

  • Civil society organisations empowerment:
    • Enhancement of the role of the civil society organisations (CSOs) and their associations as actors of good governance and development at country level
    • Strengthen capacities of local CSOs to engage in policy dialogue at national, regional and international level
    • Improve capacity and ability of local civil society partners to uphold and promote an enabling environment in respective partner country
    • Capacity building (development of strategies, management and human resource development including design and delivery of training and other forms of support in all aspects of organisation at strategic and functional level, advocacy, internal governance, decision-making processes, accountability and transparency, fund raising and networking at local, national, regional and international level)
  • Decentralisation and Local Authorities empowerments:
    • Decentralisation processes (administrative, political and fiscal dimensions)
    • Enhancement of the role of local authorities and their associations
    • Territorial approach to local development and other local development strategies
    • Community based development with a special focus on youth, gender and local economic development
